I've used ABBA letting as my letting agent for over 5 years now. During that time I've been very impressed at both the responsiveness to issues as they arise, and the ease with which they are handled.
I live in Cambridge, and so it's not very easy for me to get back to Portsmouth to attend to matters with my flat.
Thankfully, I've never needed to. Problems such as needing a new fridge, or a replacement shower are fixed with just one e-mail. ABBA letting do the rest.
